The short version: we never receive your data. MIN184 has no accounts, no developer servers, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party code. Your records stay on your device and — only if you keep iCloud sync on — in your own private iCloud, which we cannot access.
MIN184 records, on your device: periodic location samples, day-by-day residency classifications, references to evidence you enable (photo locations, calendar events, workout data), manual entries, and your settings. This is the entire point of the app — building your residency record, for you.
There is no other copy. We operate no servers and receive nothing.
Like any maps-capable app, MIN184 uses Apple's on-device frameworks that contact Apple: map tiles, address search, and geocoding (turning a coordinate or an event title into a place). Those queries are processed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; MIN184 does not store them anywhere outside your device and never sends them to the developer.
Location (including background), Photos, Calendar, and Health access are each optional and used only to read evidence into your on-device record. Nothing read from them is transmitted to the developer. Revoke any permission in iOS Settings at any time.
None. No analytics SDKs, no crash reporters, no advertising identifiers, no fingerprinting, no tracking of any kind.
MIN184 is a tax-residency tool intended for adults and does not knowingly collect any information from children — or from anyone else, for that matter.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Since the app collects nothing, changes are expected to be rare.
